Eaglepost was inspired by a quote by our famous president & scientist, late APJ Kalam “All birds find shelter during rain. But eagle avoids rain by flying above the clouds Our future can be defined by how we solve our problems” This was the foundation of EaglePost, to rise above the clutter of news and be able to share clear and simple inspiring messages.
This last week, being his birthday week, it’s only fitting we dedicate this post to him.
“If you want to shine like the sun, first burn like the sun”- is another one of Dr. APJ Kalam’s all-time great quotes and he not only said it but also lived it. He truly did burn like the sun, he was always the most hardworking one in his team. He would start at 6:30 am and end at 11:30 pm. He has been described multiples times as enthusiastic and the life of the party even when he was the oldest in the room.
APJ Kalam has always been known for being a team player and accepting failure and always working harder than ever. But his humility, simplicity and kindness towards others need more appreciation and recognition.
Dr. Kalam had entered the Rashtrapati Bhavan with two bags and most amazingly left finally with those same two bags! This is one of many examples of his simple way of living life.
His respect for all professions really showed during his oath-taking ceremony –the hall was said to be filled with teachers, doctors, children, social workers, and his friends. Usually, such ceremonies are filled with VIPS, politicians, etc.
Dr. Kalam’s life has been of giving and giving. He made our country proud, he gave us pearls of wisdom. He inspires us and will forever continue to do so, I leave you with his famous quote and message for the youth of the country
“ My message, especially to young people is to have the courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed. These are great qualities that they must work towards.”
Thankyou Kalam sir for always and forever being the light in a difficult situation and always teaching us to push harder❤
